Dr. Jack Colombin is a cosmetic dentist at Spring Dental in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He grew up in Okmulgee, Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry.

Dr. Colombin and his wife, Kristin, have three girls: Natalie, Katie and Ellie. He loves to golf in his free time. Dr. Colombin loves the upbeat and positive energy of his team!
